Got on today, my clan tag was gone, but the clan plugin was still enabled. Other people had the same problem; doing /clan list didn't bring up any clans. So it is not a problem with just my clan, but something must have reset all clans. I'm sure a lot of people will notice this throughout the day, so lets keep the complains to this thread if at all possible. I'm sure Tims will fix it when he gets on, just wanted to report it.
The past 12+ hours of downtime was, once again, caused by a DoS attack.
EDIT: The 12 hour downtime, ending at 3AM PST on the 14th, was caused by the DoS attack. Any bad connections later that day/the next day are being caused by the west coast experiencing connectivity issues. Like, the entire west coast.
In related news, we've greatly improved the firewall settings, would should help reduce the impact of any future attacks.

Earlier the server was down for around 5 hours(It came back up roughly an hour prior to this post). Nothing to be alarmed about, it was just a case of too many mistakes being made. Here's a rough timeline.
At around 8:30PM PST, we got DDoSed. Hardly the first time, and unlikely to be the last. When Codero detects that we're being DDoSed, they turn off the network for the server for an hour.
I didn't realize it was a DDoS, so I sent in a reboot request.
Checked my email, and saw the email saying that it was a DDoS.
Attempted to cancel reboot request, but it had already gone through. The automated system saw that the network was disabled(Because of the DDoS), and automatically filed a ticket saying there were network issues that needed to be resolved.
For some reason, Codero didn't follow up and check on that ticket.
After hours of waiting on that ticket, I get on support chat to make sure we're still being DDoSed, because I hadn't received hourly alerts as I...
Today(friday) I will be opening the Swamp Island PVP and Mob Arena. The arena is almost done, and currently has iron golems, skeletons, and zombies as mob options. All PVP-abuse-prevention flags have been put in place (thanks to tims!). Come check it out tonight for free, but once it opens full-featured, it may cost a one-time entry fee. Trust me it is worth it.
I will be on basically for the next 4-5 hours so hop and and come battle.
